Microdialysis Training Courses

CMA periodically offers introductory courses primarily aimed at researchers beginning to use the microdialysis technique in their research. The courses include lectures on microdialysis and related analytical techniques as well as practical hands on training. In practical classes you will learn to conduct your own experiments under the leadership of highly qualified technicians.

The last course has been held in Copenhagen (Denmark) in November 14-15th – Please click here for Registration and to access more information.

Contactus for any information you may need about the next course.

New fully optimized Push-Pull Set-Up

Fully validated new push-pull set-up for optimizing your microdialysis studies in large molecule. Avoid ultra-filtration by reducing the back pressure caused by the perfusion fluid coming from the probe inlet.

• For 500 kDa and 2MDa ultra-high cut-off probes in rats and mice

• New peristaltic pump ensuring an accurate low 0.1 µl/min flow rate

• 12-rollers proving the finest smooth flow

• New peristaltic tubing kit for fast connection to the microdialysis FEP tubing

New CNS Perfusion Fluid with Dextran

Limit the loss of perfusion fluid into the CNS tissues (ultra-filtration) with the use of our new Dextran perfusion fluid.

• Dextran MW 500 kDa 3%

• For 55 and 100 kDa high cut-off probes in rats and mice

• Isotonic sterile perfusion fluid

• Ready to use

New CMA Microdialysis Probes for Large Molecules

A new opportunity to identify patterns of protein expression in a variety of tissue spaces and to evaluate potential useful biomarkers of disease (Alzheimer’s disease, stroke, cancer…)

• CNS and periphery microdialysis probes

• Sampling Large molecules: proteins, cytokines, neuropeptides…

• 55kDa, 100kDa, 500kDa and 2MDa cut-off

• Highest standard of quality and reliability

CMA 8 Microdialysis Probe for CNS Studies

The new CMA 8 Microdialysis probe is optimized for in vivo microdialysis studies of the central nervous system. The small, light, and compact design makes the CMA 8 ideal for use in small areas of the brain or spinal cord. Inlet and outlet tubes are directly mounted onto the small plastic body making the probe easy to implant and ideal for chronic implantation. The lightweight design makes this probe highly desirable for use in studies on transgenic mice.

• Allows the use of high cut-off 20-100 kDa membranes

• Optimized for CNS use

• Metal Free and β-irradiated options available as a customized request

• Matching small and lightweight guide cannula are also available
