Warranty Policy

Probes

The CMA 7, CMA 8, CMA 11, CMA 12, CMA 20, CMA 30 and CMA 31 probes manufactured by CMA Microdialysis are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the manufacturing date if stored appropriately in the original packaging.

CMA Microdialysis only guarantees single usage of CMA Microdialysis Probes.

Guides

The guides manufactured by CMA Microdialysis are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year if stored in the original package.

Instruments

The warranty period for our CMA instruments is 1 year and covers free repair at our facility in Holliston, Massachusetts, USA. Warranty is invalidated in case of inappropriate treatment, damage caused by the purchaser, and attempts to rectify faults by the purchaser or by third parties.

Claims should be forwarded without delay to CMA Microdialysis or to your local distributor.

Custom Made Products

There are no refunds or credits on custom made products.

The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Please allow a reasonable period of time for completion of repairs or replacement. If the unit is replaced, the replacement unit is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period dating from the purchase of the original device.

Goods will not be accepted for return unless a Return Authorization Form (RMA) number has been issued. Please contact CMA, Harvard Apparatus or your local distributor to obtain an RMA number.
